Sparingly spray directly on the animal, its bedding and other areas where it frequently spends time. Take care not to soak the fur, feathers, scales, skin or area. A light misting is all that is needed. For optimum effect, apply daily for the first week, and reduce application to twice per week, thereafter, for maintenance.
